Designed especially for KS2 pupils, Control Station's simple, visual method of building programs means that all children can achieve results quickly, but there is also lots of scope to extend even the most able.

Pupils just drag and drop commands onto the screen, set them with simple mouse clicks and then draw a line to connect them up into a control program. They can label the commands with their own words.

 

Control Station software includes four Soft Systems control simulations - Funfair Display, Haunted House, House Security and Plant Care - enabling a whole class to experience ICT:Control using computers only.

 

The software is supplied with comprehensive teaching materials, including an on-screen guide, and printable worksheets. The teaching materials are suitable for complete beginners and include lessons on all four Soft Systems as well as using the Control Station control box.
