This set of laminated cards covers the 45 most frequently used words.  They are double-sided with a template on one side and on outline on the other.  Children can either construct the word over the outline by using Smart Phonics Letters or by writing with a whiteboard marker.  They can then turn the card over and use a visual memory strategy to reconstruct or rewrite the word in accordance with the whole word shape template.
