How do I register?
Once you have items in your cart, as you go to purchase, you will be asked to register. Fill in the fields on the form, then click on Register. If you are a school and your school is in our database, then select it from the drop down box. If it is not, you will be asked to enter your school onto the database. Then click Complete Registration. We will then email you your username and password and you can start shopping! If you are a private individual, please enter your address details and then we will email you with your username and password.
I've forgotten my password. What do I do?
Simply click on the password reminder link, enter your Username when prompted, and your password will be emailed to you. Alternatively, give us a call on +44 (0) 114 2813311, or email education@economatics.co.uk and we can help you.
How do I place an order?
Ordering on www.economatics-education.co.uk is easy. You need to be registered (see How do I Register?) Then simply select your items, add them to your basket and then proceed to the check out. If you're an educational establishment and have an account with us, an invoice will be sent out to you. You can pay by card if you wish as an alternate method. If you're a private individual or company, enter your card details and your payment will be deducted from your card. You can apply for an account with us by completing our Account Application Form and sending it back to us. Alternatively, should you wish to pay on card and not register, then you can select the Express Checkout, add items to your basket, and and enter your card details.
How do I register?

Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown are excluding VAT. This is added on at the checkout stage, unless the product is VAT exempt.
Is shopping online with Economatics safe?
Whenever card or personal details are entered onto our site, they are entered on a securely held page (you may notice a padlock icon appear on your screen). The details are encrypted, and the encryption key is held away from the economatics-education domain. We have an SSL security certificate which can be viewed by clicking on the logo below - this ensures that our security is of the highest order and will confirm to you that the certificate belongs to ourselves.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Contact our Customer Service Team who will advise you on our stock availability. Simply call +44 (0) 114 2813311.
I need to know more about the product

When will my item be delivered?
Delivery times will depend on stock availability. If there are problems with stock, we will inform you of that, and if there are multiple items on your order, we may despatch some items, then additional items when they are in stock. For more information, give us a call on +44 (0) 114 2813311.
How much is delivery?
Orders over £150 (not including VAT) are carriage FREE within the UK mainland. Our Standard delivery charge for orders under £150 (not including VAT) is £6.50 within the UK mainland. Carriage outside mainland UK is charged at cost, this will be added in manually by us and confirmed by you via emails through the system before the order can proceed.
If goods are in stock they will be delivered Next Day, if order placed with us by 2.30pm on the day (Monday to Thursday only). Please contact us first to confirm stock situation if Next Day is critical to you.
What if I want to cancel my order?

I want to return an item. What do I need to do?
If the item is faulty, please give us a call and we will make the necessary arrangements. If you have simply changed your mind a restocking charge may be applicable. Please contact us for more information.
I would like a catalogue - how do I get one?
You can download pdf files of our current catalogues and promotional flyers. Alternatively, if you would like a hard copy posted to you, please complete our form, and we'll get one out to you as soon as possible! Please provide accurate contact details for us.
I need some support on a product - what can I do?

I have a promotional code - how do I use it?
When you are placing your order, simply enter your code into the promotional code box, then your discount will be applied when you check out.
