Visa and Mastercard have all now introduced 'zero liability' guarantees for online transactions. If you buy online with these cards you will not be held responsible for any unauthorised card activity, not even for the excess amount, which is usually the first £50 of unauthorised charges.

In the highly unlikely event that your credit card is used fraudulently as a result of buying something from our websites, and your card issuer also charges you an excess, please contact us. We are committed to eliminating all risk from shopping online with sherston.com and, (at our discretion) will reimburse this amount directly to you.
